Guidelines for Registration of Complaints

The customer should observe the following guidelines for registration a complaint.The website in which the complaint can be filed at www.indiapost.gov.in. In the page go to the home page. In the home click on Customer Support link, select option, Register.Then your Complaint will be lodging and then select option Track your Complaint about knowing the position of the case.

The customer should register your complaint in the Post Office. When the complaint has been taken the users will get an acknowledgment. If in case the complaint is not settled then the customer can contact the higher authority of the Department

  2. dear sir,i purchased 3 electronics items online from solid4you.in they given me option to select courier i prefer your srvice. t ordered them on date 24/2/2017.they send me e-mail on 27/2/2017 saying your we dispatch via speed-post which reach you within 7days. but i still not received.
